Through the Case of the Empty Tomb, pupils in Year 4 and 5 will meet our lead detectives at a ‘crime scene’ as they begin exploring the following core Christian beliefs, primarily using the Gospel of Luke.

The Puddles and Freddie series of books and resources introduce young children to aspects of the Christian faith.
‘Tales from the Miracle Book’ is a collection of fun and engaging short films, designed for the teaching of RE & PSHE in Primary Schools.
Wintershall’s RE Enquiry Unit is an exciting exploration of the long-standing Christian tradition of communicating the Gospel.
About these resources
To reassure teachers, those resources that support Understanding Christianity have been accredited for use with the project. Accredited resources are collected and collated to support the Understanding Christianity approach and Resource Pack.
Each accredited resource will display the Understanding Christianity Accredited Resource mark.
